Kangol Hat aims to make every purchase smooth and reliable. If something isn’t right with your order, a simple return and refund process is available.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Products showing signs of wear or damage may not qualify for return.

Refund Process

Upon receipt of the returned item, an inspection will be conducted. Once approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment method within a few business days.

Exchanges

Wrong or damaged items can be replaced. A new Item will be sent, with additional shipping charges, once the issue is confirmed.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the mistake is ours. Delivery charges paid at checkout are not refunded.
